Tile roofs are common across Brisbane, particularly on established family homes. We restore concrete and terracotta tiles by replacing cracked sections, rebedding ridge caps and applying high-performance membrane systems designed to withstand Queensland heat and storms.
Many properties in the Brisbane region feature metal or Colorbond roofing. Our restoration process treats surface corrosion, secures fasteners, seals laps and applies protective coatings that resist UV damage, moisture and long-term oxidation.
Homes with solar panels require careful preparation during restoration. We work safely around mounting systems, ensure penetrations are properly sealed and restore surrounding roof surfaces without compromising solar performance or warranties.
