The Challenge
Multiple cracked tiles were discovered during inspection along with deteriorated ridge mortar. If left unresolved, issues like this can allow water to enter the roof cavity, leading to leaks, internal damage, mould growth and further deterioration of the roof structure over time.
The Solution
The roof surface was cleaned, damaged tiles replaced and ridge caps re-pointed before sealing and coating the roof. This restoration work not only resolved the immediate issues but also reinforced the roof surface and sealing systems, helping prevent future leaks, structural damage and premature coating failure.
