The Challenge
Several roof screws had loosened over time causing minor movement in the roof sheets. If left unresolved, issues like this can allow water to enter the roof cavity, leading to leaks, internal damage, mould growth and further deterioration of the roof structure over time.
The Solution
A full roof rescrew was completed to replace worn screws and secure the roof sheets. Surface rust was treated before applying primer and protective coatings. This restoration work not only resolved the immediate issues but also reinforced the roof surface and sealing systems, helping prevent future leaks, structural damage and premature coating failure.
