The Challenge
Storm activity had dislodged ridge caps and caused multiple cracked tiles across the roof. Old sarking was torn and aged. If left unresolved, issues like this can allow water to enter the roof cavity, leading to leaks, internal damage, mould growth and further deterioration of the roof structure over time.
The Solution
A full roof restoration was completed. Sarking was repaired and re-done, a high pressure clean, replacement of cracked tiles and a full ridge cap re-point. A primer sealer was applied followed by two protective topcoats to restore the roof's appearance and durability.
